In the past few years detox diets have become a bit of a fad and there has even been some backlash against detox diets. Here at Nurture, we wholeheartedly agree that a quick diet change is not the total key to transformation. We encourage sustainable change to our clients and offer programs that go beyond a liquid diet.

At Nurture Wellness Village, we have created various programs that are vastly different from the ones you can do at home, just sitting on the couch with a few pills. During your detox program here, we will help your body naturally pull out the harmful toxins with the aid of charcoal, enemas, proper diet, massages, and other healing treatments. What makes our detox programs different is our belief in proper consultation of experts. It is designed by a doctor, and facilitated by your own wellness team, consisting of a nurse that walks you through the process. In addition to that, we also believe that a detox of the mind and soul should also accompany the detox of the body, so we offer additional teaching and activities such as tai qi gong and ecotherapy to renew and refresh your mind, body, and soul, all in one go.
